The development is being delivered on behalf of Sandwell Council, following the insolvency of the original contractor.

This project involves the completion of 30 one, two and three bedroom affordable homes, along with associated external works and infrastructure, for Liberty Developments / Citizen Housing.

This project follows the successful acquisition of land from Birmingham City Council and its immediate transfer to our Housing Association partner, Midland Heart.

This project involved the successful completion of 18 two-and three-bedroom affordable homes, along with associated external works and infrastructure, for Midland Heart.

West End Avenue, Smethwick

Completion of the construction of 11 affordable homes (a mix of two, three and four-bedroom units), including all associated external works and infrastructure, for Sandwell Council. The works were undertaken following the insolvency of the original contractor.

Barnesville Close, Small Heath

This project involved the design and construction of 12 affordable homes, along with associated external works and infrastructure, delivered in partnership with Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions.
