This project follows the successful acquisition of land from Birmingham City Council and its immediate transfer to our Housing Association partner, Midland Heart. It involves the design and construction of 10nr able homes, consisting of:

  • 8 two-bedroom dormer bungalows
  • 2 three-bedroom houses

The scheme also includes all associated external works and supporting infrastructure.

Homes will be delivered using traditional masonry construction, enhanced with modern, energy-efficient technologies to ensure long-term sustainability and reduced environmental impact.

Designed to meet high standards of quality, sustainability, and comty benefit, the development will sensitively address the challenges o constrained urban infill site, transforming underutilised land into m needed affordable housing.

Started on-site early September 2025 with practical completion expexted in May 2026.
