This project involved the design and construction of 12 affordable homes, along with associated external works and infrastructure, delivered in partnership with Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions. The homes were built using Enveo-Vent Solution, incorporating Thermistud closed timber panels and a Weberwall lightweight brick slip façade, offering a modern and energy-efficient construction method.

Located on two separate plots within a densely populated residential area, this site presented logistical and access constraints. It also required complex enabling works, including: Lowering of existing services, installation of extensive retaining walls and piling operations for ground stability.

This development meets both sustainability and quality standards and addressed the unique constraints of a tight urban infill site.
