Steve played a key role in establishing TR Partnership Homes Ltd and co-founded the business alongside Josh Skidmore, Andrew Thorpe, and Steve Taylor in 2024. Bringing a wealth of industry experience and leadership to the business, his vision and dedication remain instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
Josh Skidmore – Director
Like Steve Thompson, Josh played a key role in establishing TR Partnership Homes Ltd and co-founded the business alongside Steve Thompson, Andrew Thorpe, and Steve Taylor in 2024. With a strong background in construction and development, Josh’s hands-on approach and focus on results help guide the business forward.

Gary Belcher – Land and Partnerships Director
Joining the team in 2025, Gary plays a key role in land acquisition, strategic partnerships and new business, driving the company’s growth and expanding our development pipeline.
Tom Garrity – Operations Manager
Since joining in 2024, Tom has been responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of our developments, ensuring high standards and efficient delivery across all sites.
Tom Hall – Technical Manager
Tom joined in 2024 as our first team member and leads the technical team with a focus on quality, compliance, and innovation, helping bring our developments from concept to completion seamlessly.
Charlie Teall – Commercial Manager
Charlie joined in 2025 and leads our commercial operations with a focus on delivering value across all projects, ensuring each development is both commercially successful and sustainably delivered.
Gordon Whitehouse – Buying Manager
Gordon joined in 2024 and manages our procurement function, building strong supplier relationships and ensuring cost-effective sourcing for all projects.

David Hayward – Senior Estimator
David came on board in 2024, bringing precision and insight to our estimating process. His expertise supports accurate budgeting and financial planning from tender to delivery.
Keith Owens – Technical Consultant
Keith became part of the team in 2024, supporting the technical function with a detail-oriented approach and ensuring smooth coordination across all design and build stages.
Brooke Thompson – Commercial Trainee
Brooke started in 2024 as a trainee in our commercial department and is quickly developing her skills and is already a valued member of the team.
Sarah Thompson – Customer Services Coordinator
Sarah joined in 2025 and leads our customer care team with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and post-completion support to our Clients and their residents.
Gary Round – Health & Safety Advisor
Gary joined in 2024 and is responsible for maintaining a strong health and safety culture across all our developments, ensuring safe working environments for everyone involved.
Maria Warren – Office Manager
Maria joined us in July 2025 and is responsible for Office Management and executive support to the Directors.
